Grief is not just sadness. It’s not something you simply “get over.” It’s not linear, and it doesn’t follow a predictable timeline.

Grief is love, transformed. It’s the natural response to loss—the ache of missing someone who meant the world to you. And while it can feel unbearable, grief is also a testament to the depth of your love.

You might feel


Overwhelmed, like waves of emotion come and go without warning.

Numb, as if your emotions have shut down to protect you from the pain.

Angry—at the world, at the unfairness of loss, even at your loved one for leaving.

Confused or lost, struggling to make sense of a world that now feels unfamiliar.
