With over 40 years of experience as a psychotherapist and 25 years as a life coach, I blend traditional therapeutic approaches with powerful subconscious healing techniques to help you navigate this sacred journey.

Each morning for seven days, you'll receive an email with a simple, powerful practice specifically designed to ease the weight of grief. These practices build upon each other, creating a foundation for sustainable healing:
